Contemporary non-fiction authors autographs. Part one.

As a member of the New York City area C-SPAN video crew from 1997 to present, I have covered well over three hundred of today's non-fiction authors.

It is a thrill meeting all these literary figures, witnessing them in action, and as an event-specific paper ephemera and autograph collector gathering event materials and trying to obtain the autographs of every one of the participants on those same materials.

It is equally fun videotaping these literary figures speaking about their books, craft and the industry at so many different venues throughout the New York City tri-state area. It was a lot of work too.

In this, the second of several Hubs, I am sharing with you more of the materials and autographs I have come away with from those literary-related occasions. And links to the actual programs that are archived in the C-SPAN video library and the books that were featured. And in some cases links to information to or about their latest books or literary-related or other affairs.

Enjoy.
