Pool Table Lighting Has Style

Shopping for a pool table light can be fun yet challenging. There is such a wide variety of styles and materials that choosing just one can be difficult. Truly, there are pool table light fixtures for every taste and style:

  • tiffany/stained glass
  • wrought iron
  • frosted glass
  • metal
  • leather
  • pewter
  • traditional
  • contemporary
  • beer pool table lights
  • sports/memorabilia

If none of these quite fit what you're looking for, you can even get custom pool table lights made.

Shop for function and then work on matching textures, colors and style. Before you know it, you'll have a pool table light that is a perfect compliment to your overall decor and one that you can be proud of.

Choosing the Right Pool Table Lights

Selecting your pool table lighting becomes a little easier when you know your requirements. There are things to keep in mind as you shop. You need to ensure that your pool table light is long enough to illuminate even the outside edges of your table. Figure on about 5" of light per linear foot of pool table. So, if your table is 7 feet long, you would need a pool table light that is a minimum of 35" in length, preferably a bit bigger.

Once you determine the size of pool table light you need, you can dive into style and materials. If you're a collector, you may head straight for the beer pool table lights or the NFL ones. Keep in mind the decor of the room you're putting them in and match the style and feel.

Affordability of Pool Table Lights

As with the many varied styles of pool table light fixtures, there is also an assortment of price ranges. While you can buy very expensive pool table lights, it's also possible to get something nice and of decent quality for $200 or less.

If you're on a really tight budget, try exploring discount pool table lights or used pool table lights. Do your homework and check out the company you're buying from, as well as the product they're offering. When you find a dealer that you feel comfortable trusting, then go ahead and buy your pool table lights cheap.

Turn your light on, if you need. You're about to read, read, read!

  • If you're in the mood to redecorate your bedroom, think about what type of bedside table you're going to need. You could choose white or black bedside tables, glass tables, pine or oak. The look is up to you.
  • Bistro table and chairs are a great way to add a modern look, indoors or out - even both!
  • Have a large number of people to feed on a regular basis? The country-style look of farmhouse tables would be a great addition to almost any dining room.

Those look nice, just make sure you don't get them too bright. Blinding lights don't help your game much!
