Room Escape Meets Claw Machine

If you're looking for room escape games that also have the excitement of a claw machine, this hub shows you where to find them.

These four games have both the challenge of a click-and-point room escape game and the thrill of a claw game. I found these games on the web and they are free to play.

The games are

  1. Bear Catcher
  2. Arcade Escape
  3. Crazy Machine Escape
  4. XMAS Toy Room Escape
  5. Escape the Roller Rink (added 11/26/12)

1. BEAR CATCHER

The graphics are so pretty in this fun little room escape game. But don't be fooled, this game is harder than it looks so it will keep you challenged as you try to figure out how to use all the objects for your escape.

Point and click around the rooms so you can find all the hidden objects, then figure out how to use them in the right sequence so you can escape. In one part of the game you'll need to find a way to plug in the machine so you can play the Crane Game.

2. ARCADE ESCAPE

You've been locked inside the arcade and you need to find clues and solve the puzzle in order to escape. Inside the arcade is a claw game called UFO Catcher.

At one point you get to play the UFO Catcher to get a clue. But first you have to look around for all the items you need. Its a challenging game so its good for experienced room escape players.

Because this game is a bit tricky, I created a hub that shows you how to get started if you need help.

3. CRAZY MACHINE ESCAPE

In order to escape from this room that looks like a laboratory, you have to figure out how to make a crazy machine work.

There are a lot of different parts of the machine.

In one short segment of the game you'll use the claw to grab the items.

It doesn't look much like a claw machine but it plays like one.

4. XMAS TOY ROOM ESCAPE

This is a challenging game that has nice detailed graphics, like some really pretty toys and decorations.

There are not many rooms in this game, but there are a lot of objects for you to interact with.

In one room there is an Arcade Grabber which you'll need to figure out how to play before you can escape. Its a pretty long game so I wrote a hub that shows you how to get started if you need help.

5. ESCAPE THE ROLLER RINK

There's a virtual plush machine that you "play" in this game you can find from gameso.com at http://www.gameso.com/play/escape-the-roller-rink.htm.

You will need to win a plush bear prize from the "Super Claw" machine and give it to the little girl in order to find all the clues and escape from inside the roller rink.

If you get stuck you can watch the walkthrough video at http://www.gameso.com/walkthrough/escape-the-roller-rink.htm

TIPS

Room escape games are fun because they're challenging, but if you get stuck then look for a link that says "walkthrough" on your game which will show you how to find the clues and escape. If the game doesn't have a walkthrough link try searching with your web browser for the name of the game plus the word "walkthrough". Sometimes you can find video walkthroughs on youtube.
