SSX Blur for Nintendo Wii
SSX Blur Review
I rented this a few weeks ago and just played it yesterday. It turned out to be such a disappointment. Partially because I had been hanging onto it so long before getting a chance to play and then did not enjoy playing it. The main thing that I did not like was the contols just felt awkward and they did not really seem to respond, although that was probably because I was doing it wrong and could not figure it out. I should mention that I am the kind of person that likes to just play the game and usually will not do the tutorial levels if they are separate from being able to play the game. Besides the confusing controls what really made me turn it off and mail it back before even completeing the first area was that I could not figure out what I was supposed to be doing. It did not clearly tell me and I thought maybe you are trying to get to the end, but there was no end and I was going all over the course pretty much in circles trying to figure out which way I should be going. I saw a point accumulation thing. I got some points. I have no idea how. When I tried to do tricks nothing happened. I never even crashed. Basically this game just was too frustrating.
