Achievement Medals in Sorority Life - Part 1

Achievement Medals are earned through game play when you hit certain points in the game, such as buying a lot of high charm or high pop items, depositing large amounts of money into the bank, sending and receiving a certain amount of gifts, etc.

Below is a list of what each medal means and I will also include some tips and tricks on how to earn the medals. Their are rewards for getting each medal, and I will have to update those periodically, since I do not know all of them, so check back regularly.

The Banking Achievement

The Banking Achievement is for using the bank. The hardest achievement to complete in this category is depositing $100,000 into the bank. This mainly takes patience, and if you have patience then its no problem. Other than this achievement, the others are pretty easy to accomplish.

Bronze

  • Name: Ebenezer Scrooge
  • Goal: Opening A Bank Account
  • Reward: 1 BP

Silver

  • Name: Silas Mamer
  • Goal: To deposit $100,000 in the bank
  • Reward: 1 BP

Gold

  • Name: Mr. Potter
  • Goal: To Deposit $2,000,000 in the bank
  • Reward: 1 BP

Platinum

  • Name: Montgomery Burns
  • Goal: To Deposit $100,000,000 in the bank
  • Reward: 1 BP

Tips for earning this achievement: The bronze medal can be easily won on level 1 at the beginning of the game. You start the game with $2,000 in unbanked SL cash. You can simply stick it in the bank to open an account, and get the reward for this. Reaching the Silver and Gold Achievement Medals just takes a little bit of time. Earning the Platinum achievement for this category is the hardest medal to earn in this category. For the most part it requires some patience and discipline within the game. Achieving the Platinum medal in this category CAN NOT be done until you hit level 100 and above. This is because, up until this level in the game you are not allowed to deposit enough funds in the bank to earn Platinum status in the category.

The Events Achievement

The Event achievement is for completing events in the Socialize Tab. If you are planning on being a bounty hunter you will want to stay away from completing events, but remember, by doing this you will not receive this medal.

Bronze

  • Name: Extrovert
  • Goal: To organize 5 events
  • Reward: 1 BP

Silver

  • Name: Social Butterfly
  • Goal: To organize 50 events
  • Reward: 1 BP

Gold

  • Name: Miss Congeniality
  • Goal: To organize 500 events
  • Reward: 1 BP

Platinum

  • Name: Queen of the Prom
  • Goal: To organize 5,000 events
  • Reward: 1 BP

Tips for earning this achievement: The only way I know to get this medal quicker is to play the game that requires the smallest amount of energy to play and do this event over and over (5,000 times). Or, you could just do all the events and gradually get there, I don't think their is much of a trick to earning a Platinum medal for this category.

The Fighting Achievement

The fighting achievement is based off of the amount of people you depress, not the amount of fights you win. I have only seen a couple people achieve this platinum award. I believe that this award was achieved by these few because they allowed Bounty Hunters to TD themselves on their character. (To understand more about Bounty Hunters check out the Bounty Hunters page)

Bronze

  • Name: Gossip Monger
  • Goal: To beat 5 rivals in a fight
  • Reward: 1 BP

Silver

  • Name: Character Assassin
  • Goal: To beat 200 rivals in a fight
  • Reward: 1 BP

Gold

  • Name: Reputation Shredder
  • Goal: The beat 5,000 rivals in a fight
  • Reward: 1 BP

Platinum

  • Name: Queen of the Catfight
  • Goal: To beat 100,000 rivals in a fight
  • Reward: 1 BP

Tips for earning this achievement: This achievement takes some thought. Earning the Platinum medal in this category means you have to Terminally Depress 100,000 people, not just win a fight against them, you must TD them (take their confidence to 0). I don't believe this can be done with bounty hunting alone. I have seen that the people who come the closest to earning this achievement medal are on incredibly high levels, and they have glammed their character up so much that Bounty Hunters and lower level people that want to lose influence points intentionally attack them with the hopes that they will get TDed. I suppose some good bounty hunters can come close, but the ones that allow themselves to be used for attacks seem to be TDing a lot more people than Bounty Hunters do.

The House Achievement

This achievement is for adding sisters to your house. In order to do this you need to add people to your facebook and then add them to your Sorority Life house. You can always ask for help getting sisters in your chat box on the Main Menu Page, or you can go to websites that have Add Trains specifically for Sorority Life, here you can find tons of people wanting sisters on Facebook.

Bronze

  • Name: Recruiter
  • Goal: To add 5 sisters to your house
  • Reward: 1 BP

Silver

  • Name: Headhunter
  • Goal: To add 50 sisters to your house
  • Reward: 1 BP

Gold

  • Name: Full House
  • Goal: To add 500 sisters to your house
  • Reward: 1 BP

Platinum

  • Name: Biggest House on Campus
  • Goal: To add 1,000 sisters to your house
  • Reward: 1 BP

Tips for earning this achievement: The best way to get this medal is to go to a site like Sis Train, and put your information on the site and let people start adding you to their FB profile. This will generate a lot of adds pretty quickly. Once you get enough sisters you can always delete people if you want to. Another good way to add people is to start with your friends on FB already and add them to your account, if any of them play they may be able to pimp you out to their sisters and get people to add you this way. This only works if you have enough sisters in your house that talk on the feed and are willing to repost your request for more sisters. More often than not you will be able to grow your house pretty steadily using these methods or a combination of both methods.

Level on the first day Achievement

This achievement medal is earned by getting to a certain level on the first day.

Bronze

  • Name: Freshman leveler
  • Goal: To get to level 4 on the first day
  • Reward: 1 BP

Silver

  • Name: Sophomore Leveler
  • Goal: To reach level 8 on day 1
  • Reward: 1 BP

Gold

  • Name: Junior Leveler
  • Goal: To reach level 12 on the first day
  • Reward: 1 BP

Platinum

  • Name: Senior Leveler
  • Goal: To reach level 20 on the first day
  • Reward: 1 BP

Tips for earning this achievement: This is extremely hard to do when you are first starting out. I didn't earn this medal with my main character. I had to make a new character in my game (called a mini) to use for the sole purpose of earning this achievement. When I made my mini I had already grown my house size to well over 500 people, which was essential to achieving this award (try to make sure you have at least 200 people in your house before trying this method to earn this medal). I started my mini characters game and did the Sorority House Costume Party tons of times, each time I leveled up I allocated all my skill points into energy, and did the event more. When the event called Stage a Musical Production event became available I began doing this event over and over again. This event gives you 30 influence points each time its completed so its really easy to level up. This event is also the reason you need to have 200 or more sisters in your house before using this method. Each time you do the Stage a Musical Production event the event adds 4 sisters as a requirement for completing this. (Meaning: the first time you do this event you need 4 sisters, the second time you will need 8 sisters, the third time you will need 12 sisters, etc, etc.). If you do this event enough you should easily reach level 20 and earn the Platinum medal in an hour or two.

Jobs Achievement

This medal is basically determined by your level. Once you get to higher levels in the game you are able to start new jobs. When the job that the medal corresponds to becomes available you are able to quit your old job, and start a new job.

Bronze

  • Name: Wage Slave
  • Goal: To get your first job
  • Reward: 1 BP

Silver

  • Name: Professional
  • Goal: Getting a job as a reporter
  • Reward: 1 BP

Gold

  • Name: Corporate Climber
  • Goal: To get a job as a Publicist
  • Reward: 1 BP

Platinum:

  • Name: Top Dog
  • Goal: To get elected to the US Senate
  • Reward: 1 BP

Tips for earning this achievement: Earning bronze is easy at the start of the game, go into the jobs tab and click open start job (as a Dog Walker). The Silver medal can be achieved at level 20. Gold can be achieved at level 75, and Platinum will take you a while because the US Senate job is not available until level 200! Save up for the jobs, it stinks to see you can start a new job but you didn't save enough to cover the training costs for the job. To see a full list of job check out the Job Page.
