Modern Warfare 2 SCAR H class setup

SCAR H (one of best setups)

   Call of duty Modern warfare can be frustrating at times, whether its the constant deaths or to many losses in matches. There are a lot of good players out there, but its not just about how good you are its about what classes you use and how you utilize it. I'm going to show you what perks to use and equipment to use with the SCAR H. This weapon is arguably one of the best weapons on MD2 even though you get it so early in rank. It has good damage, range, and accuracy. The only thing it is lacking is fire rate which even at that is not a big deal considering its other attributes yes?


   The SCAR H has iron sights that are really simple to use cause unlike some other weapons when you zoom in you don't have to line up two bars which can sometimes block your view. For example, the m16 has nice sights but it may be hard to shoot running targets cause when left trigger is held down the 2 side bars can block out view just a tad bit to miss an enemy. The SCAR H is not really in need of a red dot or any other sight since its iron sight is quite good.

   The first set up is in my opinion the best scar setup you can get. This weapon is already powerful but adding stopping power will make it even more powerful. Some players may see the scar has good damage but bad fire rate. Well in essence when you add stopping power you are compensating for it. In other words a moderate fast gun with very powerful damage. At the lower ranks i would recommend using a 203 grenade launcher with this weapon but only till you get FMJ. Once you get the FMJ you exceed this weapons power once more. It does not do much more damage but considering this weapon is strong alone, plus stopping power, and FMJ you will kill enemies quite fast!


The next 2 important perks for this class is scavenger pro and ninja pro. The scavenger perk is 'VERY" important for this gun because you only get a spare 40 ammo. This is another weakness of the scar h that can be fixed by using scavenger. This perk is basically a "must". Now the 3rd perk is ninja pro. I recommend using this cause you can not be detected by heartbeat sensors and your foot sets are silent which is very important in buildings at windows and such. Commando pro is also good to use but if you are in buildings more use the ninja pro so people don't hear you so you won't lose your kill streak you may acquire.


   The other scar weakness that can also be fixed is its 20 round magazine capacity. If you use the fmj a lot you will unlock extended mags which will help considerably. Its 40 penetration kills with fmj to unlock the extended mags. Now you will not have to worry about reloading so much and will have a weapon that its power can be used for longer.

Equipment- Recommend claymores if you are in buildings or frags if your attacking more to throw in buildings


   Now the other setup is also good, but will not be as powerful and you may find yourself getting more  assists and not as many kills. This class is good if you want to avoid getting hit by predator missiles and don't want others seeing you on radar. The other class's Achilles heel is the fact that you may find it easy killing enemies but may be thwarted by a predator missile or an enemy radar. This is the alternative class below

I hope you found this helpful just remember this is not the best class merely a great class to use if your looking for very good attributes with a few weaknesses that can be fixed. I am pointing out that other sights are not needed like the red dot because you can take full advantage of this weapon without them and still do well with practice of course.

I use the SCAR silenced with a pp2000 silenced. marathon pro, stopping power pro, and ninja pro

Marathon pro can be useful but easy to run out without scavenger. Don't know why the SCAR does not carry much ammo....

I'm not a bit fan of the Scar. The professionals seem to like the UMP 45 a lot (those who don't use a sniper rifle). It's deadly if you aim well and the magazine lasts quite a while. I'm beginning to agree with them.

P.S. I'm Prestige 2 Level 54.

The scar is not the way to go. The ACR is a much better gun, I think its one of the best guns in the game. Steady fire rate, very accurate, and damage is fine. I use it silenced with cold-blooded and it still works well. You cannot go wrong with an acr.

Try this one... SCAR-H w/ Silencer. Scavanger, Hardline, Last Stand. Claymore + whatever pistol. It's not my main SCAR-H Class but its my second faviorte. (My favorite has already been mentioned.)

i use stopping power pro, commando pro, and sleight of hand pro, with this perks you can react fast and kill fast:D pretty nice actually :)

My two favorites are Scar H and the Ump 45 the Ump 45 i cannot shoot as good at great distances though. I use the Scar with scavenger/stopping power and ninja. The ump 45 i use marathon/stopping power and commando.
