Magic: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 Expansion #1: Jitte Choices Challenge Solution

Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers has become an annual release on XBox Live Arcade, Playstation Network and Steam for fans of Magic. 2013 is the newest iteration of the series, and was the first time the series was released for the iPad as well. One of the popular features of the games has been a series of challenges pitting the player in a pre-designed situation that he/she must figure out how to overcome and achieve victory from the jaws of defeat. With the addition of Expansion #1 five new challenges were added on to the mix, making 15 total challenges available for skilled players.

The first new challenge is "Jitte Choices"

Using Umezawa's Jitte to power up your creatures, beat Rakdos this turn.

Step 1: Equip Umezawa's Jitte to AEther Adept

Step 2: Activate Umezawa's Jitte's ability to give AEther Adept +2/+2

Step 3: Repeat Steps 1 & 2 for the Blisterstick Shaman and Goblin Shortcutter

Step 4: Your creatures should now each have 4 power. Attack with all 3. Two will get blocked or killed, but one will get through to kill Rakdos.
