Tips to flatten the Abdomen

Diet, Cardio exercise, Building muscles, Abs workout. Spend a couple of hours a day preparing healthy meals. Spend around 20 minutes on jogging and other cardiac exercise. Spend about 15 - 20 minutes on strength training. Lastly, Spend around 5 minutes on abs exercises. Do this atleast 3 times a week.
