A fellow human who loves his planet and beyond, with interests that match and never end. One life. One love. Appreciate everything.

Consider this information the dummies guide to improving your sexual health because I am going to explain this so that anyone can understand.

Being able to perform is a very important part of being a man. What we are talking about here is increasing a male's hardness and the ability function the way you should.

It is usually not a problem for the majority of younger men but can start to be a problem for some middle aged to older men and it doesn’t have to be.

What I am going to tell you is so simple and easy to implement yet most men don’t either believe this works to improve male performance or they are just to lazy to give it a shot.

Yet it is so simple to follow and most men still won’t give it a try. The information in this article will help any male at any age that is currently having some male performance problems or just wants to improve on their current situation.

The male organ is like a sponge and when you are aroused the sponge fills with blood. The better the flow of blood the harder you will be.

This Hub is going to focus on helping you get that good flow of blood that you need. Follow these 5 tips and you will notice the difference in no time at all.

Tip #1

1) Exercise, this is an important tip not just for making your muscles and heart stronger but because regular exercise will help to improve blood flow and great blood flow as I mentioned already is crucial for achieving your goal of a stronger harder penis.

30 to 60 minutes a day up to 5 days a week is a great start. Do anything to get your blood flowing. Weightlifting, walking, jogging, swimming, skating, yoga, Pilate’s. The things you can do are endless.

Check out the exercise Hubs listed at the bottom of this article if you need help figuring out what to do.

Tip #2

2) Do Kegel exercises. Yes men should do them too. This tip will help you in the performance department.

You will have more control and a better body mind connection with your penis. Kegel exercises strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle and help to strengthen erections and give you better control when ejaculating.

Your PC muscle is the muscle you use when stopping yourself from urinating in full stream. Try it. Ok so now you know where your PC muscle is. For information on how to perform a kegel exercise you can find many helpful instructions by searching on Google.

Tip #3

3) Cut back on fat intake. The more fat you consume means more fat in your blood stream which means a softer penis.

Eat less fat and then you have less fat in your blood which means yes a harder penis. Now you are getting it.

Need some diet and nutrition tips then check out some of the Articles listed at the bottom of this page.

Tip #4

4) This is very important. Cut back on alcohol and quit smoking.

This one is a no brainer. Both affect your performance and your overall health. Drinking and smoking are not only the top killers in society today but the top killers of sexual prowess.

For more than just your sexual performance do yourself a huge favor and cut back on alcohol and quit smoking.

Tip #5

5) Power of the mind. If you think it long enough eventually it becomes a reality.

Have you ever heard that saying before? I am a big believer in that saying in every part of my life. To make this work for male sexual health you have to focus on imagining yourself performing and performing well.

Right from the start to finish. See yourself getting a hard erection easily and then performing with your hard erection for as long as you think you would want to.

Try it out for a month and see how it works for you. The mind is very powerful and if you get into the habit of regularly visualizing yourself this way your thoughts will become reality.

There you have it 5 tips to help you get to your goal of being healthy under the covers.

Good luck.
