When one is tense, most people tend to clench their teeth. This becomes a cause for headaches. A simple lead pencil is all you need to get rid of this headache.

Keep the pencil between the jaws, not between the lips, as shown in the pic. Avoid chewing the pencil. This will help in relieving headaches.

Wash a ripe papaya and remove its skin and seeds. Grind the pulp in a blender. Add 1 tsp oatmeal to this and mix well. Apply on the face and let it stay for 10 minutes. Wash off.

This routine helps to remove the accumulated grime and dirt, bringing a natural glow to the skin. Papaya is very beneficial even for a very sensitive skin.

This hub was sensational Rajan, and very helpful indeed. I haven't used the pencil remedy, or many of the others, but I think that was a very unique one indeed, plus you stated not to chew into the pencil as well. Nice!

I like how you've presented all of your content, and in such a clear as well as concise method with images, separators, and all nicely done bro.

Your hubs are always impressive to me, and I shall bookmark this in case I need some of these remedies in the near future, but I will also share it for you on Pearltrees, as well as socially, because it is not only well written, and very useful, its also beautifully constructed as well.

Bravo, thumbs up and out!

Very good and informative hub. Got to stick these tips into my head. The banana peel too whitens teeth and yeah, it has that raw-peel feeling around your teeth and gums, but worth the try. I'll test the pencil remedy for when my migraine strikes, hmmm. Bookmarking and sharing! Thank you, rajan!

Interesting and useful.
