Read The Lables

READ THE LABELS! Avoid heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, malnutrition, depression, birth defects, sinus problems, doctor visits, pharmaceuticals, and a zillion other ailments and procedures. READ THE LABELS!!

Acesulfame K, artificial color, aspartame, BHA, BHT, EDTA, monosodium glutamate(MSG), hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (HVP), nitrates, nitrites, olestra, potassium bromate, sulfites, PVC packaging, and artificial flavoring, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, to mention only a few. READ THE LABELS!!!

A lot of the chemicals they add to our food give rats cancer in the laboratory. So we are eating rat poison, and we are eating it willing. Lobbyist will assure that we will continue to eat rat poison so that there clients can maintain healthy bank accounts. That is not too weird because it is not and will not be the last time monsters kill for money. READ THE LABELS!!!!

People tell me that it is too hard to stop eating processed food because it is what they have been eating all their lives. That they are so accustomed to the habit of eating that way that it is actually an addiction. That is true, that the comfort, stimulation, and satisfaction of the craving gets them high. So the last thing they want to do is READ THE LABELS and be confronted with a contradiction to their addiction.

Education is one of the most valuable survival techniques available to us. I can not stress how important it is to your survival that you research the list of chemical above and draw your own conclusion… then again you do have the option to ignore the back of the promotion hype. I just want to do my part to help with the health reformation by trying to persuade all of you to READ THE LABELS!!!!!
