I Found a Healthy, Safe and Effective Weight Loss Plan that Fits My Size

I had learned from working in the Weight Loss Industry for four years that a “one size fits all” diet does not work. Although, I have not been in the Industry for over five years, I am intrigued by the fact that the Weight Loss Industry has a 96% failure rate and continues to flourish and rake in $45 billion dollars a year of our hard earned money. How can this be! Lets first look at some facts and then I will share with you what I have found.

Some Alarming Facts

  • more than 76% of Americans are now overweight.

  • more than 27% of us are “officially” obese (more than 20% overweight)

  • childhood and teen obesity have nearly tripled – in a single decade.

  • Obesity has now replaced heart disease as America’s number one health problem.

We have now spent more than $45 billion a year on Diet Industry “solutions” and this is what we have to show for all our time, money, and effort:

  • An appalling 96% of America’s weight loss efforts end in failure.

  • We gain back a heartbreaking 95% of the pounds we do manage to lose.

  • In fact, we often gain back more than we lost.

Now, as presented to me “any other industry with a 96% failure rate would be forced to admit that they just don’t have a clue to what works. But not the Diet Industry.”

Hear This Important Message

There is an amazing “Healing Revelation” in a healthy, safe, and effective weight loss plan called “Weight Loss God’s Way” developed by Dr. Frank B. Smoot, MA, DD. Although, four months ago I was not looking for a weight loss plan I did come upon this site through an affiliate network. First: What the Clinical Research Revealed

Earlier I mentioned that I receive Dr. Frank's newsletters. After reading his material for four months, I feel that this program is a healthy, safe, and effective approach to weight loss and a program that would be right for me. The Interview With God

I dreamed I had an interview with God.

"So you would like to interview me?" God asked.

"If you have the time" I said.

My weight loss plan includes walking at least 5 days a week. I also use a supplement to help me suppress my appetite. Since I started this plan 90 days ago, I have lost over 20 pounds and have managed to keep the weight off.

Walking has become my favorite pastime. I walk at least 4 miles each day. I like the new me. Try walking -- you'll get hooked!

Hi Michelle, I use to be chubbier too until I went through the program that is mentioned here "Weight Loss God's Way".  This program was so intensive that I stopped coming to hubpages for 4 months so I could concentrate on the program.  I lost all the weight I wanted plus a few more so that I could apply the same principles to quit the bad habit of smoking that I picked up when I was 13 yrs. old.  Now because I haven't smoked almost 6 months I have gained some weight back to which I am working on the principles again for weight loss.   It can be  battle but we can be winners! Ya Hoo! :)

Hi Dottie, I used to be really skinny. My mom always complained how thin I was. So all my life, I wanted to grow big. Until one day, I drank this herbal medicines and I started growing. Until my hips became J.Lo size 38. I was shocked and had to reduce again. I'm chubbier than I was before. Hahah I like it actually because having more meat looks good on me. But I believe I need to work on my love handles. Hahahha

Thank you Cristina. The bible surely is rich on principles for healthy living. Here's one I love. ...seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33) If we can just learn to let go of what we are holding on to, God will let go of what He is holding for us. Imagine that!

I have not weighed myself for about 7 months so I am guessing. My scales batteries died and decided to stay off the scale for awhile.
