A MID SHOT reveals T still sitting behind his desk, as “The Walker” sits stoically awaiting his orders.

A LONG SHOT reveals “Big Mel” kissing, and making love with his nineteen-year-old Greek girlfriend, Tia. We see Tia’s brother and five of his fellow Greeks burst into the room armed with silenced AK-47 assault riffles. “Big Mel” lunges for the nightstand where his pistol is lying. Tia’s brother riddles the nightstand with bullets, knocking “Big Mel’s” pistol out of reach and offers “Big Mel” these hollow warnings.

DRESSED NOW! (beat) If you ever come near my little

As Tia gets dressed, “Big Mel” stands and stares at his enemies in silent rage and commits their faces to memory. With her older brother dragging her out of the room, Tia looks back at her lover with a demented smile, filled with the knowledge that her only brother and his cronies are dead men walking.
EXT: PHILADELPHIA STREET CORNER ABOUT FOUR AM-CENTER CITY-THE NEXT MORNING-ONE YEAR AGO
WE CRANE the desolate streets on a bitter cold early AM morning as we see a black HUMMER pull up directly in front of The Diamond Lounge and Diner (Tia’s brother’s hang out). A solo Melvin “Big Mel” Brown exits the vehicle dressed in a black suit, black silk shirt, black alligator shoes, black leather gloves and black full-length leather coat. Death has arrived at the Diamond.
INT: DIAMOND LOUNGE AND DINER
MUSIC- LOUD GREEK MUSIC
WE TRACK “Big Mel’s” movements in NORMAL MOTION
As “Big Mel” enters the diner, the terrified lone waiter spots him and reaches for a pistol strapped to his ankle holster, “ Big Mel” swiftly riddles him with bullets from the silenced Mac-10 sub machine gun that he has strapped to his shoulder. A startled cook reaches in vain for an under the counter concealed pistol, as he looks up; he is struck in the larynx with “Big Mel’s” U.S. Special Forces issue throwing knife. A young, horrified, flamboyantly, gay couple snuggled in a booth, hug each other tightly and close their eyes knowing that there is no escape from their fate.
“Big Mel” obliges them and sprays them with bullets.
WE CONTINUE TO TRACK “Big Mel” as he descends into the basement.
MUSIC- LOUD GREEK MUSIC CONTINUES
INT: BASEMENT ROOM UNDER DINER
WE MID SHOT and watch “Big Mel” kick in a securely locked door. WE NOW TRACK the room where Tia’s brother and his five associates are playing poker, snorting cocaine and drinking booze.The six Greeks attempt to reach for their weapons, but “Big Mel” has the drop on all of them. He executes all six men with the use of his silent MAC-10. He then riddles the stereo with bullets. (NO MORE GREEK MUSIC!)
He then proceeds toward the corpses without any fear of police arrival. “Big Mel” even takes the time to urinate on Tia’s brother’s corpse. Before leaving, “Big Mel” then finds more time to remove the money that is left out on the poker table.
CUT TO: MUSIC- THE NOTORIOUS BIG-“BIG POPPA”
INT: BIG MEL’S VEHICLE
A MID SHOT SHOWS “Big Mel” in his HUMMER putting on a Notorious BIG CD then lighting a huge blunt. He calmly drives away as if he had just stopped by the Diner for a late night snack of rare cooked steak, and Greek potatoes.
MUSIC FADES OUT:
INT: MIDTOWN GREEK DINER- LUNCHTIME- LAST YEAR-TWO WEEKS LATER
A MID SHOT reveals a pleased Tia sitting on “Big Mel’s” lap while feeding him a massive t-bone steak, with mashed potatoes, large Greek salad and a chocolate milkshake. This young girl still remains a love slave to “Big Mel” regardless of the fact that he murdered her one and only brother. They are each other’s addiction.
