Do not stop! If you feel like you're in a quit, dues three were sit ups.

  5. Squats -- This is the third exercise in the workout routine. Place your hands on the side of your body. make sure your fingers are pointing directly to the floor. Next year will want to squad down and make your fingers almost touch the floor. Do this exercise for at least 30 seconds.
  6. Rest for 30 Seconds...
  7. Pull ups -- This is the fourth exercise in the workout routine. Find a bar that you can do pull ups on. At the bar, do as many pull ups as you can within 30 seconds. Your arms will feel like they're falling off. At that point, do three more pull ups.
