Hygiene is probably the first thing we need to apply on a daily basis to prevent tooth staining. Rinsing your mouth with water after a meal is one of the best things to do to prevent plague from forming on your teeth. The water will carry away any excess deposits of food or liquid on your teeth. This will not only help prevent your teeth from staining , but also will help to protect the enamel from destruction.

Brushing and flossing your teeth after breakfast and before bedtime is very important and would keep your teeth in good shape for a long time to come. Removing any obstruction from the teeth as soon as possible after a meal is a very good habit and should be encouraged.

Regular flossing will keep your gums strong and contribute to healthier teeth.
