After 30, You Need to Be Serious About Your Health

Updated on January 10, 2012

People are always happy and healthy till 30, but things start turning down once they cross this land mark and they become slaves of illness and other physical disorders. All these issues happen due to the negligence that one shows towards his own body and health. This is a serious mistake and by the time we realize, it would be too late. By this our body would be centre for diseases that can chew our life span.

Till 30 years, our body would be flexible and resistive enough to take care of itself, but after that it shows signs of slowing and slowly the body exhibits loss of power and stamina. These days most of us do not undergo anybody exercises and this would add more to the cause of diseases. Without proper and regular exercise, our body would be more prone to diseases and we would almost lose our flexibility to a great extent.

Even if we are not having the habit of doing regular exercise, it is better to start it atleast once your reach the age of 30. This is because, after 30 your body shows slowing down and would take more time to recover from diseases. And once any disease catches you, it would be mostly there till the end of your life. So in order to prevent such chronic diseases from entering your body, the best way is to do regular exercises under proper guidance. Exercising helps you in staying away from diseases and illness and makes your body more powerful and flexible.

Exercise alone would not be sufficient and you should follow a disciplined diet along with your daily exercise to make your body feel healthy and strong. You can take advice from any experienced dietician and he can help you in following a good diet that can go along with your exercise patterns. This will help you to take food items that are helpful to your body and stay away from those that are harmful for your health and body.

Once you make the diet and exercise a regular routine, then you could really start feeling the difference and the improvements that your body is undergoing. Regular exercise and proper diet would also make you feel young and dynamic. Those would do not follow exercise and diet would have the most chances of falling prey to lifelong diseases and other body issues. Even if you have no health issues after 30, you should start doing exercise and follow a strict diet pattern and this is applicable to either sex.

You should also keep a regular check on your body weight which would help you analyse the effectiveness of your exercise and diet routine. Also take a monthly medical check-up, which include blood sugar check, pressure checking etc. You can feel the advantages of your exercise routine when you compare yourself with a guy of the same age who is not having any exercise routines. You can feel yourself healthy when comparing with such a person and you can get an insight of the advantages of proper exercising and controlled diet systems.

So if you are aged 30 years or above and even if you don't have any serious health issues without doing any exercises, you should start doing now as it would help in preventing future health issues.
