'If You Ever Left Me' An Inspirational Life Circle: About Love, Death and Faith.

A Change of Your Life Circles.

The end of the previous life circle.
The end of the previous life circle.
The beginning of another life circle, with all the energy from the last. Now it is up to you to fill in the new colors that you want in your life.
The beginning of another life circle, with all the energy from the last. Now it is up to you to fill in the new colors that you want in your life.

Celebrate Positive Energy.

'If You Ever Left Me' Amazing Inspirational Poems of Hope in the Life Circles of Love, Death and Faith; by Pearldiver. In this life that we are blessed with, there is one cruel certainty that affects us all in very different ways. Losing a loved one can and often does feel like one of your most vital parts has been torn away from you and that the thought of going on alone, is so daunting that it seems impossible. Death never chooses a convenient time to take us, or those we love. Many of us put off taking the time to even consider or prepare for that certainty.

Untimely loss and how we actually deal with that event, will determine the quality of the rest of our own lives. Death brings the end of a life circle and for the survivors, the beginning of yet another, which contains the promise for rebuilding and more happiness. When you can build on a positive foundation that was created by the positive energy of a previous life, then you will have the ability to regain happiness and balance again. In attempting to support someone experiencing the loss of a partner or spouse, there are stages and steps that many will tell you that you should take to help with the grieving process. However, ultimately how well you do get through your loss, will come down to the personal balance, faith and perspective that will guide you intuitively, if you are strong enough to celebrate all the goodness of the positive energy that you found with that person.

For those who celebrate that life gone, the grieving process can be less painful and letting go, far easier. This poem of hope is not intended to be advice in how to deal with your loss, as the author does respect the fact that we are all different by such varying degrees. This poem was written for those lovers in this world who have been lucky enough to find, love and lose a great love that had filled their days with life. I hope that you find a special meaning in these words and that the energy within them helps you to realize that grieving, should not be a process of sadness, pain, or anger, when you have truly loved another as one. It is the new beginning of a new life circle; a circle of life in which you are the primary character. Consider what you positively learned from the last life circle. Now it is up to you to fill in the new colors that you want in your life and your new life circle. From the heart, this is: If You Ever Left Me.

*Pearldiver*

If You Ever Left Me.

If you ever left me

Could I ever expect to find

That I would have to live forever

Fulfilled so

In such an afterglow, so intense

For so long

Beyond our time spent, as one

Undying love

Pledged to be, loved only as one

You left me. Alone, hear my aching heart

We never believed

Anything could pull us apart

Sensuality defined our love

Insatiably

Willingly, passionately we as one

Entwined in time

Yet death, has called you to leave me, here alone

I loved you

I loved you beyond these words

You left me. Though I loved you

They tell me that I must cry to grieve; but you always, always when sad, made me laugh!

Beyond such mortal boundaries, I loved you.
Beyond such mortal boundaries, I loved you.

Sadness is not worthy of our one

Painfully it would ride roughshod over my love felt

Determined to break my love’s spirit

My spirit, My knowing

That in time I will find you again

But for now, your scent

Your undying presence remains here still, my love

You loved me

And... beyond such mortal boundaries, I loved you

What do I do with this love, now in-defined

Each day I look for you

Here, in your happy, playful self

Your smile, the life within your eyes

The way you walked

Things about you, all here in this one heart

I knew you so well

Each day I feel that, you are my missing part

Only you have loved me

They tell me I must cry, to grieve. But you always made me laugh

Only you knew me well. How can others know my heart

For if I Never leave you... We will stay warm on the coldest days...

If you ever left me; I could not survive here.
If you ever left me; I could not survive here.
Take a seed of new hopes to get though the colder days.
Take a seed of new hopes to get though the colder days.

Oh yes, there is pain, but you always made my smile

So if I just sit each day with you, I will grieve, my tears will fall

Across these words, these times, I declare

In the language of our one heart

Beating for you, proudly within my sobbing breast

Promise to never leave this place, please promise

For if you ever left me, I could not survive without you here

Promise that together we'll bide, our memories with a smile

The seed in this heart, new hopes, will guide us in coldest days

For if I never leave you; we will stay warm in our love

In our one undying love: Always

My ex's grandfather passed away some years ago. He died a long sad drawn out death, from emphysema. When I spoke to his widow, she was all smiles. She said to me, "Of course I will miss him, but I am so thankful he is no longer in pain, and has moved on to a better place, how could I wish him to return? I am thankful for the time we had, I will not waste the time I have left with regret." Your poem reminds me of that. Fantastically done. :)

Hi DM, thanks for beating the path over here to my beach. You have supported my words perfectly with this example of human spirit. As people we are not conditioned to think this way, as there are many vested interests present in having us remain emotionally vulnerable aren't there?

I Appreciate your compliment and your spirit. Take care and enjoy my waves.

Hi Susan, thanks for such a compliment and for taking the time to read this poem of hope. I believe that I need to do a great deal of work on my rhyming and beat to 'fit' this to music... But it does read ok if I read it out loud with my headphones on... hahaha. If you write the music, I'll certainly write the words Susan. Take care.

Hi Rebekah, thanks for reading this work and for your much appreciated loyal support. As you say; love is undying... although many a paramedic treating a successful cardiac arrest would potentially find fallacy in the issue. There are so many opportunities to find reason to celebrate a life, but I guess it takes a very strong positive action, to do such, at a time when most view the whole event as a negative thing. Change is often unwelcome isn't it? Take Care.

Hi WebNH, Thank you for that compliment and for reading this poem of hope. It is nice to have effort rewarded so.

'Start as you mean to carry on' is my motto as with anything in life, it takes a mere second to make a first and lasting impression.... And on that point Sir.. I must also compliment you, for making such a positive entrance. Thank you and Take Care.

Good Morning Rob...

" Beauty is truth; Truth Beauty " As Keats has so elegantly expressed...This poem is such; a truly beautiful expression of love, undying love, a love that endures all...

Thank you, my friend, and always tight lines to you...Larry

Pearldiver profile image

Hi Larry, thanks for reading this poem of hope and for your as always wise comments my friend. I have never read Keats or most other poets Larry, so I have much yet to learn about poetic expression, composition and writing it in general. The works you have read here, started here and only because I read the works of people like yourself, who inspired me to believe that I could write.. so you take a bow if you enjoy my works, as you helped create a monster that others in my life were not capable of. Take Care and Thank You Sir.

I loved yet another message of reinforcement how hope can even make the toughest moments ignite those of joyful memories, and healthy grieving.

Loved this one again

Hi Kim, thanks for reading this work and your endorsement. Hope comes from within and it is a personal power that we each unconsciously use to bolster many things. I hope that you understand me and that you know that I have already set up your email account and passed you details of it to the Gmail address that you provided me. I think you'll find that that account has been hacked a redirection set up, so that the hacker gets your relevant mail. I have now cxxd the original and replaced it with a new one... I found your page through another person's. My uncle died very suddenly in a car accident at the age of 49 just 8 months ago. My aunt and him had been together since he was 18 and she 14. A lot of your poem reminds me of their love. "They tell me I must cry, to grieve. But you always made me laugh" That part really hit me close. He always made all of us laugh. Thank you for your beautiful work.

Hi kid0517, thank you for reading this and your compliments here. Sorry for your loss, but as you have, you have seen perhaps something that you would not have, without that loss. I mean, his passing has helped you notice the very fabric of a real human relationship, that is based on a complete understanding of being 'as one' with a partner and really is the highest honor that can be given and received by another. Cheers.. take care

Hello ImChemist, thank you for finding a use for my poetry.

I have absolutely No Idea what you are referring to when you say that my hub is too long! For Your Information you can find the majority of my hubs ranked only on the front reference pages of the major search engines, who send me most of my readers! Hello Alicia, thanks for taking the time to read this work and for your kind comment. Death is generally a subject that people find hard to talk about.. which is the very reason, it should be.. it does afterall, effect 100% of us, it is as relevant as birth, don't you think? Cheers for that, take care.

Hi Mannyrolando, thank you. For reading this poem on the very hard subject of death and for appreciating the message within the words... life is beautiful, death doesn't need to take away all the beauty from it. A new Life Circle starts with each death, that in itself is reason to celebrate the life that was given to provide new opportunity.. Take care cheers mate.

Only true and deep love can pay such a beautiful tribute to the one they love. Few people are fortunate enough to experience such intense love and even fewer to be loved by someone with the ability to express their love so beautifully!

Pearldiver profile image

Pearldiver 5 years ago from Tomorrow - In Words & NZ Time. Author

Hi Laura, thank you for taking the time to read this poem and for your kind and positive comment. Every person has the ability to love or hate, or approach the way that they view life and death, either positively or negatively, irrespective of their personal circumstances. Perhaps many merely don't choose to consider that and just take the easiest option, which will always be the negative one for others and eventually them self. Cheers Laura, take care.

In love there is truth beyond all words. Your words sent a chill up my spine with your imagery of perfection. To yearn for such devoted love, yet to have it, to lose it one has great difficulty ever letting go of it.

I have loved, lost and mourned love in the deepest recess of my soul, there was never any pain greater than the loss of someone I loved with all my life. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, brilliant piece. I applaud you.

Pearldiver profile image

Pearldiver 5 years ago from Tomorrow - In Words & NZ Time. Author

Hi Saddlerider, thank you for reading this work and for your positive comment. I wrote this for an opportunity to show that the depths in a relationship that relate to the power of that attraction, should not always be considered as lost if their partner dies. That death must not always be seen as a negative experience, when there is so much within the power that they shared. That when one actually celebrates the life and all that came from it, then the whole 'grieving' process takes on a whole different perspective. Judging by the readership levels on this poem of hope, it appears to make sense to a great deal of people. Cheers for your support.. I'm glad you enjoyed this.. take care.
