I am in my mid twenties but I can bet my cousin who is much elder to me looks almost my age. When I asked her the secret, she told me to follow the anti aging products as soon as you reach 25 not to mention the proper diet, exercise, positive attitude and adequate sleep. It will prevent wrinkles for a long time if you start taking care early. So here I am sharing with you the home made tips for anti aging. There are many anti aging products in the market however I want to venture the home made way first. Out of many products from kitchen I found out that banana, apple, egg, carrot juice, almond oil and olive oil are very beneficial for making packs for anti wrinkle. Apply your regular moisturizer after washing your face.

  • Do you know that banana can be an excellent anti wrinkle pack? Mash banana with 1 tsp of rose water and apply on your face and leave for half an hour and wash with warm water. You can also mix 1/ 2 tsp of yogurt and 1 tsp of honey with banana. This pack will glow your skin and tighten the pores too. Wash this pack after 30 minutes with water.
  • I have already mentioned in my previous hub about the use of honey for glowing skin.
  • Mix glycerin and honey in equal measure and apply immediately on face. Wash after 15 minutes with warm water and apply your regular moisturizer.
  • You can substitute glycerin with cornflour.
  • Egg too is beneficial for the skin. Mix 1 tsp of milk with egg yolk and apply on the skin. wash after 10 minutes.
  • Mix egg white, 1 tsp of almond oil or olive oil and 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  • In case you are suffering from pigmentation, then mix 1/ 2 tsp of honey with sandalwood powder (preferably red sandalwood) and leave on your skin for 15 minutes.
  • Aloe Vera is also known to have anti wrinkle properties. Simply apply a generous layer of aloe Vera juice on your face. You can leave it overnight or wash after an hour.
  • Here is also another type of face pack for pigmentation. Mix 1 tsp of rice powder with 2 tsp of orange powder. Add a few drops of lemon juice and apply on your face and wash it after 30 minutes.
  • Mix almond oil or olive oil with 1 tsp of carrot juice and apply for 30 minutes, This pack is an excellent anti wrinkle pack.
  • Mash an apple and apply on your face and wash it after half an hour. Apple has anti wrinkle properties in it and is rich in vitamins.
  • Both coffee and plum have anti againg properties. Make an scrub by mixing these two in equal quantity.
  • Mix carrot juice, soda bicarbonate and honey in equal quantity and apply on skin. Wash after 30 minutes.
  • Mix milk cream, a pinch of turmeric and 1 tsp of sandalwood powder and apply on the face. Wash after 15 minutes.
