Apple and Banana Vegan Muffins

Veganism is often regarded as a fairly bland diet, the truth is however that Vegan food is just as tasty, and much more healthy. This gorgous apple and banana vegan muffin recipe is a brilliant example of some of the best vegan recipes you can find on the internet today!

This apple and banana vegan muffin recipe is one of my favorite vegan muffin recipes, and has a great mix of banana and apple flavours.

Ingredients

The ingredients to these gorgeous apple and banana vegan muffins are very simple, you will need:

  • Two Cups of Flour
  • Four teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Half a cup of sugar
  • One anda half cups of apple juice
  • One diced apple
  • Two fresh bananas

How to Make Apple and Banana Vegan Muffins

Making apple and banana vegan muffins is fun and simple with this easy to follow vegan muffin recipe! When you are making vegan muffins you will need to mix the ingredients using the muffin method, this is where you mix the wet and dry ingredients separately before mixing them together.

First off, you will want to get your oven warming up to around 325, and grease up a muffin pan so you can put your vegan muffin mix straight in to the pan when you are ready.

Mash your bananas and mix them in with the apple juice and diced apples.  In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar.

Once both bowls are well mixed, combine these mixtures and stir until the new vegan muffin mixture is even.

When your apple and banana vegan muffin mixture is ready, you will be able to start your vegan baking.

Pour your mixture in to the cups in your muffin pan, only fill them around 2/3 full though, because it will expand rapidly once it's in the oven.  Place the tray in to teh oven and bake your vegan muffins for 35 to 45 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.

As soon as the muffins are ready you can sit back and enjoy some of the most delicious vegan muffins you have ever tasted!
