What Do You Do All Day?
Check yourself by time. Are you really taking any actions toward your goals? Are you in the kitchen all day eating? Or are you in the gym exercising and making active choices? Fit people live a fit life by taking actions that make them so. You know the old saying, "You are what you eat." Hopefully you are not looking like a big greasy potato right now but if yu are then don't despair. Everyone has to start somewhere. Take a look at your food choices- are you attracted to high calorie greasy food that makes you ill? Try to develop an appreciation for wholesome food choices.

Ideally of course you would be doing both as the most effective way to propel yourself toward your goal. Work hard toward weight loss in the sense that you stick to your plan and work out very hard. Work smart in the sense that you select the right workout and diet plan in the first place after doing proper research. By doing both you can lose weight faster and more effectively.
What Goes On In Your Head Matters For Weight Loss.
Perhaps you feel that nothing you have done has ever worked. Have you actually failed or do you just fear that you will? Fear can stop us in our tracks from doing things and even trying. Even if you have failed before it does not matter. The past is over. Now is a new day and so make sure that you are thinking new thoughts.
Make a List of Your Successes.
You have probably succeeded at something in the past. Make a list of the times in your life when you have been wildly successful. How did you feel? Get back to that feeling and being that successful person.
How do you spend your time? Are you working smart, hard or not working at all? How you approach the weight loss situation is all a mental game. Remember every single time you have succeeded in any endeavor to encourage yourself into achievement in weight loss.
