I’m really trying to focus on my weight for multiple reasons, but the biggest one is because I don’t feel attractive. I know that I am, but sometimes it feels like I can’t get a girlfriend because of my weight, and it severely lowers my self-esteem.So i used Acai berry, really effective for weight loss to me.

I really liked tip 4, if it doesn't fit your lifestyle it is destined to fail. It can be quite difficult to find something health that will fit all the criteria but if you can come up with something then you have a winner!

I do agree, If a weight loss program does not fit in with your lifestyle it is most likely going to fail. I find it very useful to write my weight loss goals down. It makes them more real and achievable. Establish good healthy eating habits and do some exercise with it and you have the way to a healthy you.

My wife has used acai berry and seen great results. It all comes down to dedication. A supplement won't be as effective if you don't eat right and exercise routinely. Great Hub. Keep it up.
