Renew Your Energy

You feeling sluggish, lack energy, slow to get up in the morning? I have a remedy for you – Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I have been taking two teaspoons with water everyday for the last twenty-one days, and have energy to spare.

Let Me Explain

Recently, I read a Hub about taking Bragg ACV for Acid Reflux. I think I had a case of Acid Reflux at the time, as well as low energy. I did not get a diagnoses from my doctor; you kind of know your body. The Hub I read was very convincing, so I thought I would try it. The many benefits of ACV got me excited. I felt that if I take the Bragg ACV as directed what harm could it do. Please check with your doctor to find out if there are any risk involved in taking ACV for yourself.

I started taking the ACV on a Monday upon rising. When Thursday came, I began to feel a huge difference in my energy level. By Sunday, I popped out of the bed just like a jumping bean. Now who wouldn’t try an energy booster like that?

The Many Benefits to Using Apple Cider Vinegar - Dr. Becky Gillaspy

Good Health is Only a Sip Away

Skeptical

There is tons of information available about ACV on the Internet and youtube videos. While taking the ACV for the first five days that is all I took as a supplement, and no medications. I did start taking a Vitamin D supplement starting on the fifth day. I take the Vitamin D every three days.

The directions on the bottle suggested administration: 2 tsps, 3 times daily up until noon. I only take one administration, 2 tsps. 1 time, first thing upon rising. If I start taking the ACV three times, I may be bouncing off the walls. I’ll leave it up to you how you will take the ACV. Warning – ACV tastes yucky when taken straight. But when you add honey it is better. One guy mentioned that he adds a little cinnamon, and enjoys the taste very much. I take it like a woman – straight!

Why Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar – With the Mother

Bragg is considered the best ACV to take. "With the Mother", lets you know that the ACV has not been stripped of the highest level of minerals. The Organic ACV looks cloudy, and that's a good thing. The ACV you see on shelves has been stipped of minerals so that it looks appealing to consumers.

Dr. Weil has provided some very valuable insight into ACV

Potassium is an essential mineral, and ACV is loaded with Potassium. Potassium is necessary for the heart, kidneys, muscles, nerves and digestive system to operate normally, and is required to regulate the fluids in our body, the body’s acid-base and blood pressure. That’s a lot of organs.

Liquid vs. Tablets

Liquid is easier for me to take than tablets. I like the liquid better because it is easier to swallow. You can purchase tablets if you do not like the taste of ACV; but as I mentioned, you can spice up the drink with honey or stevia – with a little cinnamon on the side. Most of the time I take it straight – down the hatch.

What Health Conditions Does ACV Benefit?

  • Diabetes
  • High Cholesterol
  • Heart Health
  • Cancer
  • Weight Loss

Ailments ACV Helps Improve:

  • Constipation, Headaches, Arthritis, Weak Bones, Indigestion, High Cholesterol, Diarrhea, Eczema, Sore Eyes, Chronic Fatigue, Mild Food Poisoning, Hair Loss, High Blood Pressure, Obesity, And other Ailments.

Add Walking To Your Daily Routine For Better Health

Walking is probably the easiest exercise we can do and reap huge benefits. Walking gets the heart going and pumping - the heart is a muscle that needs exercise. The benefits of walking are numerous. Walking helps reduce the likelihood of diseases such as: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Mood Swings, Obesity, Cancer and many others. Ideally, we should 30 minutes a day. Studies show that the more we walk, the more we benefit. Consistently walking only half the daily recommendation, will benefit our overall health.

Why is walking such a challenge and chore? I think, and this is just my opinion, walking is boring. If we can get past the thought that boring is not bad, then maybe we will walk. Also, if we can make boring enjoyable, then we will do it more. You notice how some people have a walkman while walking. Some people walk with a partner, while others can walk at a vigorous pace with, what seems to be, no problem. What if you had a treadmill -- you think that would help. I believe it has some merit.

In conclusion, let's not allow our emotions determine whether we will do something to improve our lives. What I mean by this is, saying things like, "I don't feel like", or "I don't like the taste of", or I don't have time to." All these statements are excuses that will keep us from reaching our goals of good health, happiness and joy. I took the ACV challenge, so can you.

Note: Consult your Physician if you have any pre-existing health conditions before taking ACV.
