Ivory is a nutritional enthusiast and enjoys cooking for health. I love using food as medicine.

Day 5 & 6 Summary and Progress

I woke up a bit later today and went straight to the gym. After, had an early and light lunch. Dinner was rich, savory and filling. I love eating braised lamb shanks! In total, this diet has proven the importance of variety. I have eaten a lot of chicken over the past week, and have managed not to become sick of it by eating a variety of cuts. I have also been trying to cook in high quantities. It is easy to get burnt out from cooking constantly, so having leftovers is a must!

On Day 6 I took a look at the cavity I had seen forming at the beginning of this process. It is beginning to dull in color and the tooth appears to have remineralized slightly. I plan to look again in a few days to confirm it truly is progressing. I am going to try and eliminate drinking tea going forward. I read that it is acidic, so until the end of the 30 days I will be tea free!
