If you are on a raw food diet at least 75 percent of the food you eat should not be cooked over 118 degrees Fahrenheit. But generally it would be better if you replace some of the high calorie snacks with raw food.

This is the healthiest food for a human. All the other animals in the wild eat their food raw. Cooking does change a food. The foods that become more digestable with cooking like rice, are not as good for you as the foods that you can eat raw.
