Colon Cleansing and Detoxification for a fitter and healthier me

Why me? I am trying colon cleansing and detoxification nowadays because I feel that it’s a must to do because I am experiencing the effects of aging and the burden of overeating and lavish intake of hard drinks. I am not 100 per cent healthy, inside and out.
I’ve been hearing about this colon cleansing and detoxification. I am thinking the same thing about these two things because it only mean the same thing, to overhaul the inside parts of my body. This is a must for me because colon cancer is one of major death-causing cancers in the world.
Colon Cleansing and Detoxification or detox is basically cleaning the colon through oral or anal procedures. The colon is the part between large intestine and anus which collects waste products in our digestive system. It sips the water of the undigested waste (fecal materials or feces) and send it back to the system in order to help in good flow of blood in our body. The colon enlarges and signals our brain when it’s time for bowel movement. A healthy colon urges our body to have three to four times of bowel movement everyday.
Unhealthy Colon and Undetoxified Person suffers:
Constipation. It is also called irregular bowel movement. A person who experiences this is unable to concentrate in his/her work and tends to be hardheaded.
Parasite Invasion. Schistosomiasis parasites attack the spleen or liver and enlarges our abdomen that can lead to death if not treated. Parasites are found in the leaves of fresh vegetables we often use in fresh salads or when eaten raw. It is also found in snails and many farmers in the rural areas are suffering from this disease.
The UK Royal College of Medicine researchers identified 65 diseases and unhealthy conditions that resulted to having unhealthy colon due to improper diet or food intake. Some of these are: diabetes, allergies, insomnia, hypertension, acne, heartburn, low sex drive, hemorrhoids, hepatitis and overweight.
How to maintain a healthy colon and body
It is a must to undergo colon cleansing and detoxification, according to Ms. Cory Quirino, a famous Health & Fitness Advocate here in the Philippines. She said that women are known for cravings: food and healthy lifestyle. Before, even she’s into daily exercise in the gym, she find it difficult to lose weight. With the advent of the so-called Red Juice (composed of 36 fruits, vegetables and herbs), Ms. Quirino says that she maintains her ideal body weight. Aside from this, she noticed that her skin glows and feel at ease when having a bowel movement. She also eats vegetables, fruits and fish to maintain her healthy lifestyle plus the red juice. She also testified that her cravings for sweets (chocolate and ice cream) are limited to minimal intake.
For those who have symptoms of having schistosomiasis parasites inside the intestines, you can drink the red juice for 10 days before sleep. According to Dr. Joey Sychoco, M.D., further stressed that another alternative juice to drink is ginger ale made from yellow ginger. The pure extract of yellow ginger can help repel the parasites inside our body. It can also help lessen the fatty acids in our liver.
Furthermore, the right proportion of mixing fruit juices, vegetables and herbs is important before drinking it. The juice of ampalaya (bitter gourd) can be taken alone or mixed with pineapple juice to lessen the bitter taste. It also aid in controlling our risk from diabetes.
Mixing Fruits, Vegetables and Herbs
For cleansing my colon, I tried mixing the following fruits, vegetables and herbs for cleansing my colon and at the same time, detoxifying body.
You can also try this for the sake of your colon and body. I call it the FVH 10 (10 fruits, vegetables and herbs). If you have a mixer, it will be easy for you to mix it and puree.
Try mixing almond nuts (500 grams, acts as parasite deworming agent); aloe vera (1 tablespoon extract)‘ampalaya or bitter gourd (500 grams, rich in Vitamin B1 or riboflavin for good blood flow), anise (10 grams, dried herb), apple (1 piece, as antioxidant), fig (5 pieces, fresh or in season), garlic (1 tablespoon, crushed), ginseng (Chinese or Korean herbs,crushed 500 grams), ginger (500 grams crushed yellow ginger is good or you can try the red one) and grapes (500 grams seedless red or green grapes will do).
My friend, who's also a doctor said that if you can't afford 36 or 10 fruits, vegetables and herbs, then, you'll have to settle for the most available items in your vicinity or what you can buy in the organic food store at your place. Start knowing the properties of each item and ask your physician about your body condition. From there, you can start cleansing your inner body parts. Don't take pills or over-the counter remedies without the prescription of your doctor.
As for me, maintaining the wellness of my self means caring for colon. That's my gut feeling.
