Distance Healing 101

With Distance Healing it is essential to connect with whom or what you are wanting to heal in order to be effective. This by far is one of the most important things. There are many ways to connect energetically.

In the short video below, I demonstrate how I connect energetically to people. I use this method to connect with people that are right in front me to all the way on the other side of the planet. It makes no difference because energy is all around us and inside us. Energetic connections are made very fast because energy travels faster than the speed of light.

Healing Technique

Then to do Distance Healing you need to have a healing technique. There are many energy healing techniques out there like Reiki, Quantum Healing, Medical Qi Gong, Theta Healing, and Chakra Healing.

Or if you are looking at receiving Distance Healing, find a healer that you feel you can relate with and that has experience with the issue you want healed.

Next to do Distance Healing you want to be in a relaxed state, free of stress and in the present moment. Regular meditation, Qi gong, yoga, or Taichi exercises are good ways to develop inner peace and achieve this.

I find it is important to be in a relaxed state of mind to avoid any of your own mental distractions, so you can focus purely on what you have set out to heal.

Location is also important. You want to be in a place where you will not be distracted while doing the Distance Healing, to avoid a break in your concentration. Good places to do Distance Healing are in a clean and quiet room with good air flow and in nature beside a tree.
