-Fix your shoes. When doing activities such as exercizing, wear shoes that support your arch.
-Get up and walk around for 45 minutes for every three hours.
-Take an OTC like Advil, or Tylenol.
-An erect, but relaxed stance puts less stress on back muscles: both sitting and standing.
-Lie on the floor with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle and your calves resting on the seat of a chair.
-Try water exercizes.
-Lie on a hard surface and position the tennis ball under you so it's pressing against a tender spot.
-To decrease back pain, dont smoke.
-A heating pad, or hot water botlle can help too.
