Although I know very little about the origin of eerie technique, I know how powerful the eerie technique is.To achieve your goal you might have been trying or tried many methods and read many more books. But the master of law of attraction recommend one very important technique to achieve your goal which itself sounds a bit eerie, known as eerie technique

Before you start this technique for your benefit you need to do one thing and that is get rid of your negative thoughts. You need to believe by all means that there is no way you won’t achieve your goal, don’t keep not even a shadow of doubt about your success in your mind. In order to get rid of your negative emotion you can take the help of one of the following three:


1) The release technique( releasetechnique.com)

2) Emotional freedom technique(emofree.com)

3) Complete surrender to the higher power.

I personally prefer the third one which I am going to explain it soon. You can use the complete surrender to the higher power method to get rid of all your negative thoughts. Its very simple and the most powerful and takes only 5 to 7 minutes a day. You can do it as many times possible as a day or can do when you are free but the best time is morning or when you go to bed because these two times your mental state remains calm comparatively other times of the day. To surrender yourself to a higher power, first of all you need to choose a silent place in your house, then sitting in a silent place take 5-6 deep breath and then write down a few( 4-5) things or thoughts on a note pad,which are important to achieve your goal .During the other time of the day you can also try to hold on those thoughts most of the time .This way keep writing your thoughts in a notepad up to 3 days. On the 4th day do not write any thoughts in a notepad, Instead you say yourself that you have surrendered myself to the higher power and you are going to receive the thoughts from the higher power. Keep imaging for at least 5 minutes that you are receiving thoughts from the higher power. In those 5 minutes if you don’t receive any thoughts don’t get worried. Staying in the mind set of that you are receiving thoughts from higher power is a process to kill your unwanted, disturbing negative thoughts and help you to hold on the thoughts related to your goal only.

After a couple of days of practice you will find that you can stay thought free stage at least a few minutes. That’s all. Keep practice this way at least 5 days. After 5 days you will be ready to practice the eerie technique to full fill your goal.Now you may proceed to follow the eerie steps given below.

Eerie steps:

Step 1: Create a mental video of the problem you want to solve.

Step 2: Go into a meditative state bordering on sleep.

Step 3: Create a mental video of the solution of your problem.

Step 4: hold the mental video of the solution in your mind ,playing it over and over as you drift into sleep. Feel how you would feel were the problem solved, feel that joy in your mind. This is the most important part of this technique.

Step 5:Look for coincidences throughout the next few days like any unexpected help or opportunity that may come to you so as you can achieve your goal.

.Step6: As the situation changes and your problem get solved , create a new mental video to solve another problem, and go back to the step 1.

we can all get swamped and overwhelmed by problems and it can be difficult for us to find ways to overcome them. It helps to know how to kind of retrain our thoughts to focus on the positive, and to banish the negative, because as a result, we change our perspective on problems and help ourselves to find a way out of them. And we find that opportunities and help seem to find their way to us. Lots of good advice. Thanks.
