Use: Rosemary affects state of mind by invigorating the senses. It is frequently relied on to tackle fatigue and improves concentration levels. Hair products for greasy hair often contain rosemary essential oil as it has astringent properties.

Peppermint Essential Oil

It aids circulation and also helps with indigestion. Orange essential oil will reduce the inflammation caused by infections.

Lemon Essential Oil

Aroma: Lemon essential oil has a sharp citrus aroma.

Use: This oil is often used to help fight infections as it stimulates the circulatory system. It soothes headaches, and is often massaged into areas experiencing rheumatic aches and pains. Lemon essential oil is found in products for greasy hair and skin. This is due to the astringent properties.

Citrus and the Sun

Citrus oils can enhance your sensitivity to the sun. It is therefore not safe to use them on your skin before going in the sun.

Hi Miranda, thank you for the visit. I love them too. I have not considered making my own. It takes so much work with so many plants to make each bottle!
