As human everyone are entitled to a healthy and productive life. When we think about leading a healthy life, we can’t miss the word “EXERCISE”. It is key element for healthy life. Nowadays it has become a popular topic in discussions. But before we start exercising, we should know what exercise is and the benefits of doing it regularly. Here we will talk about it.
Exercise is a physical activity or any movement that makes your body moving and use more energy than your normal level of activity, which also makes your heart beat faster. There are so many reasons why we should exercise.
1. Boosts your energy level.
Exercise helps you to produce more oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. You can breathe easily. When your blood circulation moves faster your heart and lungs work efficiently. You will have more energy do things quickly and easily.
2. Helps you manage your weight.
Lack of exercise has increased the chances of overweight and will have the chance of getting a lot of diseases. It is not really necessary that an individual has to diet to overcome obesity if he or she does exercise in regular basic.
When you do exercises, you burn calories. If the intensity of the exercise is high, you will burn more and more calories. The calories you burn will decide the weight you lose.
3. Increased Self-Esteem.
When you can take control of your body weight and size, it can help you to increase your self-esteem. You will look better as well as confident about how you look.
4. Improves your mood.
Exercise stimulates various brain chemicals and it may result happy mood and relax your self. It can even help prevent depression.
5. Decreased Risk of chronic diseases
Exercising regularly can lower your cholesterol level and blood pressure. It can help you prevent type 2 diabetes, stroke, osteoporosis, heart attack, and certain types of cancer (Breast cancer) as well.
You do not need to spend a lot in buying exercising machines. If you can’t dedicate yourself for workouts, you can do simple physical activities which can burn your calories. You can simply take the stairs to go upstairs. Park your car a few meters away and walk to your office building. Take your pet dog for a walk. Watch the TV and dance. These are some simple physical activities which we can do simply without spending a penny.
Living healthy is important for all. By exercising you will be living a healthy life and work more efficiently. So remember how important exercise is and start walking towards it right away.
