My personal favorite part about this app though, is that at the end of each day, you can complete your logging and the app will show you how much you would weigh in five weeks time if you ate/exercised that same amount each day forward. This is just a great motivator. It will help keep you from falling off the wagon, because it's showing you what could be if you just stick with it. Or if you ate way too many calories that day, it can also help you JUMP quickly back on the wagon!
