The Flax seed is an oil seed commonly known as Flax or Linseed. In different languages it has different names. It is found mainly in two colors i.e. brown and yellow. The seeds are a part of regular food habits in many parts of the world. In different regions ofIndiathe seeds are used in different forms like salad dressing, chutney, sweets made especially in winter season. The magical health benefits of Flax seeds have only surfaced in recent times, thanx to exchanges of information and ideas through Internet. It is increasingly getting established that the Flax Seeds have strong medicinal properties.

I agree that fish oil and flaxseed supplements as well as natural fiber oriented foods are a great way to rid one of toxins. Be near a toilet however. LOL
