Watermelon is the #1 food source of L-citrulline which when combined with L-arginine removes plaque from your arteries. You may have to eat 2 whole watermelons to get major benefits, but the results will be there. The food we all eat is what is the bottom of the ED barrel. It is a preview of the heart attack to come. A couple of suggestions.
