Fruits And Vegetables That Helps to Keep our Heart Healthy

Helpers of healthy heart

Its very true when we say that our daily food is our key to health .What we eat regularly reflects on our faces and keep our body disease free ,here we will talk about some fruits and vegetables that look after us like a mother and help us to cure all the problems that may sometimes lead to heart attack ,if they are not cared in time ,so lets take a resolution and add it to our daily diet instead of having medicines like a plate of sweet dish after food ,after all our food only builds our body .
Lemon:cures weakness of the heart ,helps to reduce fat of our body and also provides vitamin C to our body
Orange:-Apart from providing vitamin C and fibre to our body it removes bad cholesterol and make our heart healthy .
Apple :- Removes the weakness of our body ,the peels of the apple are rich in antioxidants,never discard them while eating apples ,just wash them well before eating
Guava:--strengths our heart ,the pulp helps to control constipation ,whereas if the the seeds are chewed along with the pulp it may cause constipation
Lychi:--This fruit is invigorating to our heart .they too are rich in vitamin C
Plum :--- It cleans blood and also prevents cardiovascular disease
Carrot--To increase the heart beats we can have carrots if you have a weak heart you must have carrot juice twice a day ,the carrots must be red or deep orange ,this makes it rich in carotene
Banana:--If your heart pins you must have banana with honey ,take care that you are not diabetics .
Garlic :-It protects our heart from getting blockage of arteries and remove the bad cholesterol
Brinjal :-strengthens the heart but be careful some people are allergy to them
Potatoes:--The juice of this tuber is good for inflammation of heart you can have one potatoes juice to help to reduce inflammation ,its juice is equally good for uric acid it contains ample number of minerals and vitamins .
Parsley :-it could be consumed when your heart pains ,you may chew some leaves daily ,it also controls the high blood pressure .
CORIANDER :- to control the increased heart beats take dry coriander along with sugar candy in equal parts with water daily ,it will bring your heat beat to normal
Chaualia leaves :-its juice is good for heart
Grapes:-also helps to cure our heart and make it strong.
Alfa Alfa:-carries extra oxygen to our heart if the juice of it is given to the patient every day,it helps to repair the tissues

NOTE :-HEART PATIENTS MUST AVOID THE INTAKE OF FRIED FOOD AND FAST FOOD ,.
DO YOGA LIKE KAPALBHATI AND ANULOOM -VILOOM TO KEEP FIT FOR LONGER TIME IN LIF
