Today, I had my Zeal Wellness and a granola bar for my first breakfast, and a Chocolate Protein Shake for my brunch meal around 10:30am, to help me hold-out and not snack until lunch! For lunch I will have a small potioned meal, probably a sandwich and side, then another Protein Shake around 2:30pm, and then enjoy my dinner!
