It is not often spoken about, but you must love your goal. If you do not extend strong emotion to your vision it will not come to pass. The mental and emotional components of weight loss are very important and if they are not in a positive alignment, all your efforts will be of no avail. Think of your goal and feel the emotion of happiness. Let the joy of achieving your goal shine through. This may seem metaphysical or "touchy-feely" on some level, but visualization is a science that works.
Decide upon your identity. Become a person who is active and energetically pursues goals. Create a logical weight loss plan and begin at once. Get excited about your weight loss and success.
