The main cause of fatigue is wrong diet, irregular meals and lack of physical exercise. Furthermore, irregular hours for eating and sleeping can help in deteriorate the body more. It has been proven that the amount of food was more critical than the type of food that was consumed.

To have good health you must be temperate in all things, this will also be to reach a high standard of Godliness.

True temperance does not only refer to our walk in Godliness, but it is all aspects in life, eating, drinking, work, your words, your thoughts, your sleep, play, etc.

When it comes to eating and drinking, nothing should be put into the human body that will leave a baleful influence behind.

1 Corinthians 3:17-18. Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.

Harmful substances from all stimulants must be avoided by all cost because they are deceptive in their temporary working effect that leaves the body weaker than before usage.

All drugs are harmfully and poisonous to the body and always have after-effects.

Drugs include the use of over the counter medication and prescription drugs.

Drug therapy is preventable through simple diet and lifestyle changes. Those who make a practice of taking drugs, sin against their body.

Medicine has done more harm to the world, killing more than what it helped people.

We read in Jeremiah 30:13 that Man has no healing medicines.

Tabacco.

Tobacco!

Tobacco is the number one killer, dramatically increases your risk to cancer, heart disease and lung diseases.

The second hand smoke is more harmful to your family than to the smoker.

Tobacco is a product from the dried leaves of tobacco plant. It can be used as a pesticide, and medicines, but is most commonly consumed as a drug, in the forms of smoking, chewing, snuffing, or dipping tobacco.

Because of the powerfully addictive properties of tobacco, it is an drug used by some 1.1 billion people, and up to 1/3 of the adult population of the World.

Alcohol.

Alcohol also increases your risk to preventable cancers, liver and brain diseases and is a neurotoxin that poisons the body.

Alcohol is the most widely used social drug in the World. It affects different people in different ways. Drinking alcohol can cause serious health, personal and social problems. Heavy drinkers, and very young drinkers are particularly at risk.

Drinking is a particular problem among younger people, but anyone who drinks heavily or drinks too much in one session is at risk of both immediate and long-term alcohol-related harm.

Drinking alcohol during pregnancy may also affect your baby.

Caffeine.

Substances that contain caffeine: coffee, tee, sodas, chocolate and medicine.

Caffeine causes depression, anxiety, irritability, fatigue, insomnia and elevate your blood pressure.

In a cup of coffee there is thousands of chemicals and most have not been tested.

Rather replace caffeine and specially coffee with water or herbal teas.

Caffeine is a bitter, white stimulant drug. Caffeine is found in the seeds, leaves, and fruit of some plants, where it acts as a natural pesticide that kills certain insects feeding on the plants.

It is most commonly consumed by humans in the form of drinking coffee and tee.

Some people experience sleep disruption if they consume caffeine, especially during the evening hours.

Animal meat.

Avoid all animal meat, specially the processed meats.

Meat to avoid is beef, cow, lamb, pork, fish, fowl and seafood.

Bottom feeders like crab, lobster and scavengers like pork (that eat anything, even meat of dead animal), must be avoided with all cost, because they host most harmful bacteria and sickness. God placed them on earth to clean up the rotten and dead. By eating them you are exposing yourself to unnecessary harmful sicknesses.

The liability to take disease is in-creased tenfold by consuming meat. Cancers, rumorsand all inflammatory diseases are largely caused by meat eating. If ever, meat eating was never safe, and even worse now with all the alterations made to livestock, genetic made to grow bigger, faster and more.

6 Reasons not to eat animal meat!

1. Lower risk of cancer. Non meat eaters are less likely to get cancer.

2. Lower risk of heart disease. No meat diet reduces cholesterol.

3. Lower risk of osteoporosis. Too much protein in our diet causes loss of bone calcium. Meat eaters generally get far more protein than they need or can use.

4. Lower risk of kidney and gallstones. Too much protein intake can end up forming kidney stones and gall stones.

5. Factory farmed animals carry disease. Poultry is the number one source of food-borne illness. 60% of Chickens sold at the supermarkets are infected with live salmonella bacteria. Approximately 30% of all pork products are contaminated with toxoplasmosis. We are increasingly at risk from highly contagious diseases when consuming meat.

6. Factory farmed animals contain toxic chemicals. Meat contains chemicals up to 14 times more concentrated than those in plant foods. Antibiotics are used in farm animals as growth promoters.

Avoid the following harmful ingredients!

Sugars:

White and brown sugar is not a food but a poisonous chemical drug.

White sugar in it's pure chemical extract from the sugar cane plan, it's purer in fact than cocaine and is also more harmful.

Sugar drains the body of precious nutrients and suppresses the body's natural defense system (immune system) against disease.

Sugar also fuel and feed cancers and is frequently a cause of disease.

Replace sugar with dried fruits, dates, honey or molasses.

Never use Artificial sweeteners, they are chemical death trap. Studies show they cause cancer, increase your appetite.

Cheese and Dairy products.

Cheese should never be eaten because it is rotten milk and unfit as food.

Cheese is a burden for the body to digest and it contains pus, hormones, antibiotics, harmful bacteria and cancer causing substances. Rather eat seed butter or vegan cheese substitutes.

Milk and dairy products could cause a myriad of health problems as constipation, ear infections, sinus, skin problems, congestion, osteoporosis, asthma, arthritis and joint pains, irritable bowel syndrome, cancer and obesity.

Food containing Baking soda.

All food containing baking soda or baking powder, are poisonous to the human body and deplete the body of vitamin "B", thiamine, frolic acid and vitamin "C".

After baking with baking powder or soda, it releases carbonic gases and Rochelle salts, tartaric acids, alum, lime and ammonia, all harmful To your body.

Eat bread baked with yeast or better, unleavened bread.

Vinegar.

Pickles, tomato sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, musterd, salad dressing, ect. contains acetic acid which weakens the heart and induces anemia and hemorrhages.


"Trigger foods"

It is important to remember that overeating, the excess food, becomes poison in your body. Overeating has a worse effect upon the body than overworking has.

To stop overeating you have to stop the "Trigger foods" namely foods with sugar/fat combinations like ice cream and fat/salt combinations like potato chips.

It is important to identify these foods and to avoid them altogether.

Fasting for a day or two only drinking clean water would be of incalculable benifit to your body, better than any amount of treatment or medical advice.

The decision to use antibiotics must be the last resort. Some diseases can be cured by simple lifestyle changes.

God requires us to be temperate in all things. We have to choose between right and wrong even in what we put into our bodies. Unless we practice true temperance, we will be bound by every bad habit and cannot be true obedient servants of Christ.
