of what they eat, and know the effect that it will have on their bodies.
A lot of times when someone cannot get their eating under control, there is a good chance they can't get other aspects of their life under control also.
Don't ever forget that restricting food that you love is most always a bad thing. Eating healthy should be a way of life, giving you the foundation and something that you focus on doing to enhance your body or your style of life.
