Timing to Consume Green Juice

- 4 Carrots, peeled

- 3 stalks of celery, washed

- 1green apple, washed

- 1 lemon, cut in half (depends on the function of your juicer)

Put them through your juicer according to the above order.



Beetroot Detox Mix

- 1 beetroot, peeled

- 3 carrots, peeled

- 3 stalks of celery, washed

- 1/2 green apple, cut and washed

- 1 lime

Put them through your juicer according to the above order.



Refreshing Detox Cucumber Mix

- 2 cucumbers, peeled

- 2 carrots, peeled

- 1 beetroot, peeled

- 1 lemon

Put them through your juicer according to the above order.



The Real Green Mix

- 3 Kale leaves, washed

- 4 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed

- 1.5 cup of spinach, washed

- 1/2 apple

- small bunch parsley

- 1 beetroot

- 1 lime

Put them through your juicer according to the above order.



Some Tips

1. If you find your juice too bitter, you can always add apple to balance, or cucumber to freshen up.

2. When practicing green juice diet, do not eat after 9pm at night.

3. Do workout!

Couldn't we benefit from the jucies, even if we weren't "detoxing"? Seems to me, we would still get out daily veggies.

Absolutely! Detoxing is the bonus on top of getting daily veggies. Say if you would take the juice with empty stomach, it can really improve skin quality.
