Vitamins and nutirents
Also getting proper nutrients and vitamins in your diet will help reduce hair loss and promote hair growth. The popular vitamin that helps inhair growth is biotin or vitamin H. A mixture of honey, powdered cinnamon and olive oil is a good remedy for hair loss. Mix these ingredients into a paste and then apply to the scalp. Leave on for ten minutes prior to shampooing.
It is a proven remedy for hair growth. Make some fresh onion juice and apply it to the scalp. Keep it there for an hour or so before washing it with shampoo. You will see the results even after one application. Do it twice a week or at least once a week. There will be little onion smell on the scalp, but it will go away after sometime.
Fenugreek prevents hair fall and stimulates hair growth. Fenugreek seed has protein, nicotinic acid and lecithin in it. It has also hormonal flavonoids. High protein content in Fenugreek helps to strengthen the hair. Fenugreek has many other benefits. It can be taken as a capsule orally and can be applied to the scalp.
Mix four tsp of Fenugreek seed powder with a cup of olive oil or coconut oil and keep it overnight. Then use the oil on the scalp and keep it for one hour to couple of hours. Then wash it off.
