Hay Fever Hebal Remedies

Every Spring and sometimes in the fall for some of us it is allergy time. And that is no fun. Hay fever is is an allergic reaction to pollen and mold. What causes some people to react in this manner and not others is not clear. What happens is when people who are allergic to pollen breath it in, their immune system recognizes it as a threat and antibodies against the pollen are produced. When the antibody locks on to the antigen a hormone called histamine is produced. It is this hormone that causes the watery eyes, the sneezing, itchy, runny, nose, congestion etc... There are some great Hay fever herbal remedies that can help us with this most unpleasant condition. Here I offer some of the most suitable natural allergy remedies for it. Follow the direction given and use them with caution and in consultation with your health professional and enjoy your Spring.

Oh good, thanks for these suggestions which I will share with my son. He refuses to take honey which has helped me but these I think he will enjoy.

Oddly enough when he lived here in the filthy city he had the worst allergies in the Spring. But once he moved to the suburbs and is surrounded by trees - he is almost allergy free. I'm thinking in the city - there is no soil or grass or anything to capture all the pollen so it goes up our nose. Or maybe it was just the filth bothering him.

Thanks for the research. I'll bookmark this!
