For Your Heart

One of the most appealing qualities which Papaya fruit has in store for us is its ability to protect against heart disease. It is able to do this because of its rich vitamin A, C, And E content. These are all powerful antioxidants which can help in preventing oxidation of cholesterol. Preventing this from occurring reduces the risks for heart attacks. This is because when the cholesterol in our bodies oxidizes, it has the increased chances of sticking to blood vessel walls. This can cause the build up of plaque which will lead to dangerous health risks.

Increasing the health of the immune system is vital in today's modern world with the documented depletion in nutrition as well as pollution. The vitamins and minerals will help with many symptoms including coughing, etc.

One way in which we can improve the quality and well being of our lives is to evaluate what exactly we are feeding our bodies. What makes consuming more servings of fruits and vegetables so appealing is their variety in pleasing tastes. They possess a vast array of health rewards and can be easily switched with any unhealthy foods you may snack on. Good to see a hub from you Cashmere! When I lived in Hawaii I loved papayas, but find it hard to find really good ones at the store where I live now! I knew they were super good for you, but you gave me so much more info on them, as usual! Your hubs are little treasure troves of nutrition!
