Sleep and Rest
You are growing rapidly and you need sufficient sleep for growth. As a teenager, you have plenty of activities and you use a great deal of energy. Sleep helps to restore energy. You are alert, lively and agreeable if you have enough sleep.

Most teenagers need between 8 to 10 hours sleep each night in a well-ventilated room.
Rest after meals is recommended, so that the blood supply needed for the digestion of food is available.
Digestion and Elimination
Digestion and elimination both play important parts in giving your skin a clear, sparkling appearance. For regular elimination, you should do the following:

3. Drink plenty of water, at least 6 to 8 glasses a day.
4. Establish a regular time for elimination.
5. Take daily exercise.
