Healthy Come From the Small Things

I believe that something bigger comes from small things. We can easy find it in our life. It possibly happen, because we also trust with the energy and give spirit that from small things it could give us a lot of benefit. Before doing something we have to believe that it will brought kindness for us. This is kind of give motivation for us. Brain will give positive orders to the entire body. That's the secret behind this attitude. from the small things also influence with our health.

Slimming body, good stamina,  even live longer it all started with a small change. You can do to start today as well. Success people always start their career with small step. It is the same with health, No one can achieve perfect health without a healthy lifestyle, and starting from the simplest things. We can easily find the simple things in our life everyday, we may not think as far as this. From this moment we have to give attention to small things and believe it will bring a kindness for us, especially for our health. Let's change this day become more healthy, with a few small steps below. Let's see what you feel and what you get after it.

Keep smiling

We can get the small change by smiling is reduce 10% of body weight. But we get a lot benefit by smiling. Lower blood pressure, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, prevent heart attacks, stroke, and diabetic. I think most of us like smiling. This is simple things, and I believe we can do that. Another side effect by smiling, we can get a lot of friend. So, why we don't start smiling today.

Take a walk with pets

This is interesting moment and can reduce stress. We can do this in the weekend or holiday. By enjoy the sunshine in the morning. We can also bring the whole family for a walk in the park with a pet. The small change from this activity is increase 10% of sports activities . Even if you don't have much time, your body continues to burn at least 1000 calories. If you don't have a pet, don't worry. You can try up and down from stairs for 15 minutes.

The big benefit from this activity is burning more than 100 calories each day can reduce 10 pounds in a year and the heart become more healthy. There are some research shown that moving could reduce the risk of breast cancer. Walking for 75 minutes (10 minutes each day) until 2 or 3 hours a week can reduce the risk up to 18% .

Watching comedy movie

What's your hobby? if your hobby watching movie, especially comedy movie. You have the right choice. The small change by watching comedy movie is laugh at least 10 minutes can burn calories and make healthy heart. Watch your favorite comedy and invite your friends to watch together can reduce 10-20% of calories than watching a drama or action movie.

The big benefit is laughter is like doing exercise on the sofa. Laugh makes your stomach muscles tighten, the heart beats faster, trigger the breathing faster so that more oxygen comes into the body. A researcher predicted that laughter can burn calories every 10-40 minutes 10-15 a day. This means, in a year you can be more slender with reduce weight around 4 pounds, just by watching comedy movies. My favorite comedy actor is Adam Sandler, how about you?

Close your eyes for a moment

Sometimes we felt tired in the office or during the work, don't push your energy. Try to rest for a while. By giving your body to rest it can give new freshness. Try to close your eyes for a moment. The small change is we can rest our mind, at least 10 minutes. Find a quiet place, rest for a moment, especially if not enough when slept last night.

The big benefit is take a nap good for the heart. Greek researchers who studied deaths from heart disease said that 37% of people who do regular naps, can live longer than those who did not sleep or take a nap. But we can do that when we work in the office in the afternoon, But don't worry by relax your mind for a while just only 10 minutes it brought more energy to get back to work.

Take the fruits or vegetables for snacks

We always consume snacks when we get bored or in the leisure time. like watching TV. But we can change the menu with fruits and vegetables. increased 10% consumption of vegetables and fruits. Replace your snacks with a carrot or apple to ensure the vitamins that needs by the body.

The benefit by adding menu as a vegetable and fruit snacks may reduce the risk of stroke by 11% and heart attack up to 7%. We can see many research about the benefit of fruits and vegetable. I think we all know about that.

Reduce consuming salt

Small changes by reducing salt is lowering 10% of blood pressure . A research says, someone who avoids salt generally prefer to eat vegetables and fruits. Coupled with regular exercise, you will get a natural slender body. Big advantage: preventing an increasing of blood pressure and and preventing kidney disease.

Breakfast

Are you often tired, sleepy fast, sluggish and weight problems? It started from the wrong in choosing breakfast. Our body consists of 100 trillion cells and 114 kinds of nutrients. When we wake up in the morning our body demanded 114 kinds of nutrients. And ... what food we give to our bodies in the morning?
