Health benefits of Strawberries
- 1 cup of non- fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 large peeled banana (or 2 small bananas)
- 3 peeled kiwi fruits
- 0.5 cup of strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 0.5 cup of ice cubes
- Slice the banana
- Cut the kiwi fruit and strawberries into chunks
- Measure the required amounts of yogurt, pineapple juice and ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients together until well mixed
- Pour your healthy smoothie into a glass for serving and enjoy
