I share my experiences, my emotions and believe in myself. I am positive, confident and love life.

Herbal cures

The first book and Kindle edition of the title

The Simple uses of Herbal Teas and Indian Spices have improved my knowledge tremendously. I have learned about rare, and commonly known herbal plants, spices, and teas.

Some individuals have learned more about this unique topic, and yet there are still many who don’t have a clue. My unique interest in Herbal plants, Herbal teas, and Spices, got me curious over the years.

In my daily experiments with most of the different herbal plants, herbal teas, and spices I discovered. These personal experiences have allowed me to move on to another part of unusual herbs.

You may think you have read it all about these unusual herbs, but once you read on further you will realize there is still so much to discover about old herbs.

The side effects and a well-informed text.

I seriously put my mind to have my books published on the various types of herbs. In a period of two years due to my thorough research.

I had written about what I have learned in a few years. My personal experiences helped me through the whole concept.

Herbal remedies, for treatment, or medicine have been around for centuries, though not many people would want to try these herbal cures if ever needed.

Some people don't know about such herbs or teas. Others are not sure which plant serves its purpose.

For many ailments, herbs have been used as a pain reliever, for a massage, a facial mask, and to prevent one illness.

I got my head and mind wrapped around a subject as I had known from the beginning would now become a commonly spoken topic. Yet some people still don't know much about herbal plants.

My focus is on herbal cures, from around the world. The simple ways of getting better and feeling good. I found the following herbal plants, most unusual.

Evolvulus, Kuth, and Brahmi are among the twenty-six herbs used in the Memorex capsule.

Evolvulus:

Evolvulus is a family of Convolvulaceae.

I learned about this unusual herb from a family doctor. The Evolvulus belongs to the commonly known Morning Glory family and is grown in America.

Evolvulus is rare and is a perennial herb and a shrub. You will find the flowers bear in clusters or singularly. A herb used to improve one's memory and used to increase the strength of brain cells.

Evolvulus is used in the Memorex capsule.

The capsule contains over twenty kinds of herbs, most of which are rare, and not all have heard of. Bacopa and Evolvulus are two of the many other herbs present in this capsule.

Herbal Ingredients are as follows:

Kuth (Saussurea lappa)

A herbal plant from the family of Asteraceae. Kuth is well-known to the ancient world. Grown in root from the Himalayas of Kashmir. The plant has purple coloured flowers and long leaves.

The unusual herbal plant is famous for its root. For many years, the root has been used as a perfume ingredient and has a bitter taste. Kuth has a woody aroma and is used as incense.

In other places such as Tibet, the root is used as medicine and in India for the strengthening of digestion, cleansing the body, for coughs, asthma, fever, and for the use of cholera.

Also, used for hair wash and peptic ulcers.

Brahmi (Bacopa moniera)

The great effects shown positively by this capsule containing all these herbs are quite mind-blowing.

Medicinal Uses:

To improve one’s intelligence.

To relax mentally.

For Epilepsy.

I had to mention the Slingerberry Tree, used for centuries in the Indian culture.

The Slinger berry Tree

The old green tree has been used for generations. Traditionally used by Indians in most parts of the world. The Slinger berry leaves have been used for generations.

A tree-bearing, non-edible green fruit, like in a nut shape. Only the leaves of the Slinger berry tree are helpful for a few ailments.

The Slinger berry leaves are mostly useful when Indians have Measles. The leaves are used to sprinkle water on the patient, and a paste is applied to make with Arad.

An Indian powder or turmeric is applied on the spots in a form of a paste.

The child sleeps in a dark room for a few days, until the measles has improved, and passed. The leaves are boiled and used for bathing to relieve pain, and to relax you. A method used by most people of the older generation.

Slinger berry leaves are used for Chickenpox, it cools down the body, and a paste can be made of the leaves to dab on the affected areas. In this way, the irritation and itching are relieved.

The leaves are used in the same way for Mumps.

Grown in tropical regions, and has many branches, often used in ceremonies, in the Indian culture for those who still follow their traditions.

Some of these traditions have disappeared.

A way of natural healing and is the gift of life.

My knowledge has greatly improved on the many types of herbal plants, herbal teas, and Indian Spices.

Over the years, I enjoyed the extensive research of all such different plants. I learned about how these herbs were used to treat the elders, and of the many ailments, these herbs have healed.

Prevention is better than cure!

If you want to stay fit drink a cup of green tea to prevent many cancers. You may not think these herbs are for you, or you may be afraid to take a chance on drinking anything you don't know much about.

Most people don't want to get into herbal healing.

Knowledge is power, and once you know what works for you the results will show in a good way. Some people feel herbal plants are just an experiment.

There is a lot more to learn about herbs, than just the day-to-day experiments. Herbs, if used correctly, can be of great help. People could have allergic reactions to the remedies from specific herbal teas; herbal plants, or spices.

To avoid such complications always know what you are getting yourself into. Be prepared for a day trip out in the wild and discover herbal plants that still do exist in those bushy fields.

I have seen people go up in the fields and pick a variety of teas that I have yet to try. I was amazed by the activity that still goes on to pick these herbs.

Those who know best would pick many tiny little bunches of herbal teas, while still green and fresh and then dry for winter tea.

Observing is my way of getting to know more about herbal plants. I learned a lot from my personal observations.

I understand that herbal cures are not every person’s choice of lifestyle.

The more you learn, the better for your lifestyle. My growing interest has allowed me to see how effective herbal remedies for common colds, flu, and to many other ailments.

A tip:

A while ago, I felt a bit of pain in my gums and noticed a bump I knew it was an abscess. I placed a piece of thinly sliced garlic on that abscess for about ten minutes.

The pain was unbearable; I had tears in my eyes while in the process but knew I had to get rid of the abscess. The next day the abscess had gone. You can do this a few times a day to get rid of a bigger abscess.

If the abscess is bigger try gargling with the following ingredients:

Half a glass of warm water.

A quarter teaspoon of black pepper.

A teaspoon of fine salt.

A quarter teaspoon of garlic spice.

You can add a teaspoon of Listerine or another kind of mouthwash (optional).

Keep the mixture in that sore spot for five minutes for the best results.

Don't swallow the gargle mixture.

My learning experiences have taught me a lot over the years.

Summary:

Rare herbal plants and other cures have their own healing properties and work on different methods in beliefs and in fact.

The Different doses and side effects show uniquely to all individuals.

Always have any herbal medicine after seeking professional help, and moderation is the key to using herbal cures.

The Memorex capsule contains twenty-six different types of herbs and Bacopa (Brahmi), Evolvulus and Kuthi are part of the ingredients.

All are beneficial to the brain.

The facts provided in this book may not be every person’s choice.
