How A Positive Attitude Can Change Lives

Do you want to live a happy life with no negativity in it? Do you want to know how a positive attitude can change lives?

Yes, a positive attitude will not only change your life, but all those people that are in your life. I have come to learn that negativity will get you nowhere in life. I have learned this through my addiction to alcohol experience. I say experience because alcohol addiction will take you for a hell of a ride, and it's not a pleasant one, to say the least.

You know, when you are addicted to alcohol or drugs one tends to always feel sorry for them selves and always asking them selves and others,"why is it that nothing goes the right way for me in my life?"

I have to say, nothing will go right thinking with a negative attitude and thinking, Why Me." You have to start thinking of what you can do to make your life better and happier. Being addicted to something such as alcohol,like I was, nothing will work out for you. At least nothing worked for me. Maybe other people's lives are different and God Bless them.

Once I made up my mind to stop drinking alcohol everything started to fall in place in my life. I truly believe the reason for my life falling back into place is because I changed my outlook on life and was willing to change my life and help myself by quitting drinking alcohol.

I had, and still have that positive attitude, and believe me, all my dreams and goals I had while being addicted to alcohol that didn't come true are coming true one dream at a time.

For instance, for anyone that knows me, I have always wanted to live by the Ocean all my married years, but whatever I did nothing could make that dream come true. Why, you ask? I was not willing to help myself and I continued to drink alcohol, like drinking would change and make that dream come true. The only thing alcohol did for me was to be able to dream lots of dreams, and I have to say, they were nothing but dreams and reality would never happen because of me not thinking positive and changing my life.

As an alcoholic, I felt that I wasn't worthy of my dreams even though those dreams sounded so great while under the influence, but the next morning I knew those dreams were only pipe dreams and would never come true. See negativity was my life even though while drinking I thought I could make that dream come true, but I was wrong.

Don't forget this important message! When you are down and out and thinking nothing but negative thoughts, you bring down all those around you to your level of negativity. No one wants to here people talk negative, and talk like the world is against them.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something to change your life and start living with a positive attitude, and keep that positive attitude going throughout your life. I know that many things happen in many people's lives that are depressing, sad, upsetting, and sometimes horrible, but you can not let that bring you down to a negative feeling. As hard as it may be you have to be strong and think positive at all times no matter what.

Having a positive attitude does change lives and I am proof of that. For a guy that live in a negative world and mostly due to my addiction to alcohol, I am a new man and love life and the life I now have.

Anyone can change their outlook on life, that's of course if you want to be happy. I know many people that are perfectly happy with the negative life they lead and have no interest of being positive. They are just content with their life, and many don't think of what they may be doing to those lives surrounding them. I think that is very sad in my opinion.

JUST THINK ABOUT THIS FOR A MOMENT

Everyone of us here on Earth are here for a short time. This is one of our stops before going through those Pearly Gates of Heaven. I ask you, "why in the world would we want to be miserable, unhappy, depressed, thinking in a negative way when life could be cut short in a second."

Why can't we all be happy? Why can't we think with a positive attitude? Why do we have to be miserable and depressed?

EACH ONE OF US CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR OWN LIVES. NOTHING IS STOPPING ANYONE FROM HAVING A BETTER LIFE. YOUR LIFE IS FOR THE TAKING! ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS GO AFTER THAT ONE AND ONLY LIFE WE HAVE HERE ON EARTH AND JUST BE HAPPY AND POSITIVE. IT'S THAT EASY MY FRIENDS!
