There are many reasons people choose to try walking as a way to lose weight. For beginners, it’s not too stressful on their body.And for the very obese who have a hard time doing any sort of exercise it’s a great place to start working up to some heavy exercise.This is also good because many obese people have trouble walking in the first time so it helps with that as well – the less stress that’s on an obese body the better for their health.

But how do you go about it?There are lots of great ways to start walking without overtaxing your body.They don’t know when they should start walking and how walking at different times of day can affect their exercise experience and amount of weight loss.Luckily, no matter when you choose to do your walking, there are a few rules you can follow to make it easier.

First, when it comes to time of day to exercise, many people assume that morning is the best time.However, doctors point out that it may actually be a better idea to walk later in the day instead – walking later in the afternoon can be better because by then your joints and muscles are more relaxed and thus will move easier. It’s also important to invest in a very good pair of shoes – make sure that your toes have wiggle room at the top and that you throw them out and get new ones when the soles begin to wear out, otherwise they can actually contribute to damage to your foot.When you start to walk faster and exercise more, you have to make sure that you are actually walking faster, not just extending your steps.You need to be standing straight but your shoulders need to be relaxed.

Yes, great hub/post... I find its not that I dont want to exercise but its not like doing it alone. How can someone find a willing walking partner? or a partner for any activity?
