How to Relieve Constipation with Olive Oil
It's very simple...
This is how this works: You should take anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon of olive oil everyday and it will help your bowls move and soften your stool. It is as simple as that and IT WORKS! Trust me. I am currently back on a routine and my visits to the bathroom are much more enjoyable. (Ha ha!)
Now, you don't have to take the olive oil straight. There is a great tip that someone taught me:
1. Pour yourself just enough orange juice for one swallow.
2. Drop the olive oil into the glass.
3. You will notice that it does not mix well and that it floats on the top. This is a good thing; they naturally do not mix.
4. Drink it in one swallow.
If you do this correctly, then you will hardly taste the oil at all. I would not take the olive oil with a full glass of orange juice...no more than about an inch or two in your glass.
Do this for a little while and watch the magic begin! On top of the bowl help, you will also notice a difference in your skin! Olive oil is great for dry skin and really does wonders for the body!
