This is a terrible time to battle, and being alone for extended periods of time might put your life in danger. An objective ear will help you to shed light on your gloomy situation.

Or, conversely, a family member decided you were in dire need of mental health drugs, because of a stinky behavior pattern; don’t waste your time on holding a grudge! It's not worth it. I personally heard of doctors (MD's and psychiatrists) who murdered their patients because they were too sick.
The first road to recovery whenever you have a psychotic break is to follow the advice of your therapist or doctor. This will help you get back on your feet. This in no way entails you’re a failure, or will need to take psychiatric medications for life.
Force Yourself to Think Smart
At this point, you must force yourself to think smart, once you begin to feel better and are stable. In time this will permit you to seek the help of a holistic doctor who can run a battery of tests for food allergies, organ malfunction and chemical sensitivities. This also gives you an avenue to revise the status of your health, emotional well-being and what caused you to suffer a psychotic break from reality in the first place. I believe stress is the culprit to psychiatric problems.
Now, if you smoke or drink alcoholic beverages, stop! If you love coffee, opt to drink a substitute such as the ones that are made with chicory root. Real coffee contains caffine and it has been proven that caffeine, and additives in coffee affect the nervous system. This can put you at risk to experiencing a nervous breakdown if you take in too much and suffer insomnia.
You should reduce your sugar intake too, and refute foods known as excitotoxins, since they are too stimulating for the delicate nervous system of people with mental issues. Over time, you’ll feel much better, except, you must have patience to do what is needed to recover fully. That is in your best interest.
